In addition to helping his own players during his coaching days, Mike was constantly helping friends and friends of friends families navigate the college baseball recruiting process. Mike's ability to be able to project a players potential and where that player will fit at the collegiate level stems from him personally scouting and evaluating college players/programs from all over the country for over 30 years. The ability to evaluate/project/ and have first hand knowledge of the recommended level(s) that your son will be able to participate/contribute/ and hopefully excel at, is what saves families time and money, in the both the short and long term.
In addition, while going through the recruiting process with his daughter in a completely different sport, Mike saw firsthand as a parent, the need to be able to reach families and help with this recruiting process.
